The Long Run: Marie Claire Greece’s 8th Power Trip celebrates women aging boldly
The 8th Marie Claire Greece Power Trip, held at Cape Sounio on October 9, 2026 under the theme “THE LONG RUN: Women, Better With Time”, explored how women can live longer and better. Marie Claire Greece’s Editor-in-Chief, Galateia Laskaraki, opened by noting that 15% of girls born today will reach 100, and asked who women want to be in the second half of their lives. The highlight was supermodel and entrepreneur Bianca Balti, who spoke about her double mastectomy and her 2024 ovarian cancer diagnosis. Other international speakers included the fiery Nicey Nash-Betts, a panel with Suzi de Givenchy, Stephanie Cavalli and Petra Van Bremen who discussed what it means to be a runway model after 50, and Sarah Wilson who shared how to live beautifully in a collapsing world.
