Marie Claire Italy celebrates iconic women of Italian cinema with ‘L’Eterno Femminile’ at Bulgari Hotel Roma
The new edition of Marie Claire Italy Le Cinéma, the cineclub project curated by Marie Claire Italia, ran from October 15 to 18, 2026. Titled “L’Eterno Femminile” (The Eternal Feminine), it turned the library of the Bulgari Hotel Roma into an intimate pop-up cineclub. Curated by actress Cristiana Capotondi and co-written with Erika Brenna, the retrospective paid tribute to three towering figures of Italian cinema: Claudia Cardinale, Anna Magnani, and Monica Vitti. Over four elegant evenings, the event paired screenings of remastered Italian masterpieces with open panel dialogues featuring contemporary filmmakers, actors, and cultural figures: Claudia Cardinale; Anna Magnani; Monica Vitti. The programme was hosted entirely within the library and spaces of the Bulgari Hotel Roma, blending high fashion, history, and modern luxury in the heart of Rome.
