Marie Claire France's latest Think & Do Tank's tackle gender violence and inequality in the age of AI
Marie Claire France’s Think & Do Tank Agir pour l’Égalité recently hosted two gatherings confronting inequalities in both society and technology. In October at École 42, a packed auditorium examined whether AI can be an inclusive revolution, revealing that women make up only about a quarter of the AI workforce in France and remain significantly underrepresented in leadership roles compared with other countries. In November, on the eve of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, a special session addressed gender-based violence in France, underlining that survivors’ voices have long existed but too often gone unheard. The Think & Do Tank brought together experts, policymakers, and business leaders to move from awareness to concrete action.
